In ancient Japanese culture,
tradition is earned through experience, never shortcuts.

That’s where Hondashi comes in, rooted in centuries of culinary mastery. To tell this story,

we translated its essence into
4 manga episodes, using the language of manga and anime

to connect with new generations, without ever losing its soul.
